LESSEN AUTOMATED MESSAGE (TEXT AND VOICE)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Program Description: By opting in to receive text or other automated messages, you will receive SMS and/or MMS text or voice messages from Lessen LLC or its affiliates (collectively, “Lessen”) regarding your maintenance requests, appointment details and confirmations, service updates, billing reminders, and other relevant information. Messages will be delivered to the mobile phone number you provided. By submitting your mobile phone number, you consent to receiving these messages from Lessen.
You do not need to provide consent in order to receive services from Lessen. You may not consent to receive automated messages on someone else’s behalf or provide someone else’s mobile number. By signing up, you are confirming that you are over the age of 13.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Rates Disclosure: Message and data rates may apply. There is no fee from Lessen to receive automated messages regarding your service.
To Opt-Out: You can text “STOP” to any text message at any time. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. Alternatively, you can login to the Lessen portal and update your preferences by selecting “I do not wish to receive updates via text message.”
For Help: If you are experiencing issues with service-related automated messages, you can reply to any text message with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly via email at privacy@lessen.com.
