Intelligence that drives better decisions

Aiden by Lessen is the intelligence behind Lessen AI. Embedded throughout Lessen's operational workflows, it helps teams understand requests, route work, review costs, and address risks before they become delays.

Why we built it

Property teams don't lack technology, and requests get logged faster than ever. What hasn't changed is what comes next: what the job needs, who should do it, whether the price is fair, whether it'll slip. Systems track the work but don't make those calls, and that's where cost gets set. Aiden works at that layer, trained on 40M+ Lessen work orders.

The request never told you enough

So we taught it to read the work, not the words.

Requests arrive vague and miscategorized, leaving coordinators to guess the trade. Aiden learned from what happened after 40M+ of them: what the trade found, what it cost, what came back. So it reads a three-word report against real outcomes, and the job starts with the right call.

The answer depended on who was working

So we made the judgment consistent.

Routing, pricing, and approvals relied on individual judgment, so the same issue got handled three ways at three properties. Aiden applies the same logic every time: the best-fit vendor from 34,000+ credentialed pros, and every proposal checked against pricing history before approval. Same quality, whoever's on shift.

Problems surfaced too late to fix

So we put the intelligence inside the workflow.

Delays, overbilling, and repeat failures got found in hindsight: in an audit or a resident's second complaint. Aiden runs inside the workflows teams already use, flagging at-risk jobs and inflated invoices while there's still time to act. Nothing new to adopt, nothing to remember to open.

Smarter decisions where the work happens

Requests get classified and routed right the first time. Proposals and invoices get checked before they're approved. Performance gets tracked without anyone chasing it down. That's Aiden working inside the workflow, not next to it.

Understand the work before it starts.

Classify the request, identify the likely trade, and surface the right troubleshooting path while the requester still has context.

  • 20% faster intake
  • 25%+ resolved without dispatch

The right vendor, dispatched right the first time.

Once a request is classified, Aiden matches it to the vendor best equipped for that trade, that property, and that priority, not just the next available name on a list. Fewer reassignments, fewer callbacks, and a technician who already knows the job before they arrive.

  • 34% reduction in dispatch-to-completion time
Dashboard screen showing vendor assignment details for refrigeration issue of walk-in cooler above temperature at Harbor Grill Store #214, prioritized as emergency and auto-dispatched in 38 seconds with no manual routing, routed by Aiden. Featured vendor is Northline Refrigeration, a gold partner in commercial refrigeration from Columbus, OH, located 4.6 miles from the site, with an ETA today at 2:15 PM, 94% first-time fix rate, average response time of 1.1 hours, and 186 jobs in the market.

Every proposal checked before it costs you.

Vendor proposals get checked against historical pricing and scope before they reach an approver, catching inflated quotes and scope creep early, not after the invoice arrives. Less time renegotiating, more time approving.

  • Proposal decline rates cut from 30–40% to 17–22%

It shows a warning in red about one line item priced outside the historical range with median pricing details. Below, a line item for TPO membrane repair with quantity, unit price, and total within historical range is marked with a green check. Another line item for replacing roof drain assemblies and strainers is partially visible with quantity and price details.

Invoices get checked before they get paid.

Every invoice is matched against the original scope, pricing history, and work actually performed automatically. Overbilling and duplicate charges get caught before payment, not discovered in an audit.

  • 92–97% invoice auto-approval

Delays get flagged while there's still time to fix them.

Aiden tracks every open work order against its SLA in real time, flagging jobs at risk of running late while there's still time to intervene, not after the deadline's already gone. Multi-trade work orders complete in 22 days on average instead of 37.

  • 40.5% reduction in project completion time for multi-trade work orders

The same problem doesn't get dispatched twice.

Aiden recognizes patterns across a property's service history; a recurring leak, a repeat HVAC failure; and flags the root cause instead of sending another one-off repair. Fewer truck rolls for the same issue, faster resolution when the pattern's real.

  • 602 work orders avoided through self-fix and duplicate/recall logic

The answer, without picking up the phone.

Property teams and residents get instant answers on work order status and technician ETAs, any time, in their own language, without waiting on hold or chasing down a coordinator. It's the same intelligence working the rest of this page, just available the moment someone needs it.

  • 108,358 users checked work order status through Aiden;
  • 69,414 checked technician ETAs,
  • available 24/7

A clearer request today. Better decisions over time.

Aiden combines what the requester reports with available property context and patterns from previous work. It helps clarify the issue, support the right execution path, and capture the outcome, adding more real-world context for future decisions.
